Parker Dam State Park Camping: Keystone Hiking & Outdoor Weekend 2025

Pitch a Tent at Parker Dam State Park during KTA's Keystone Hiking & Outdoor Weekend October 17-19, 2025.

Keystone Trails Association has booked you a night under the stars at Parker Dam State Park at group campsite 2.  The site has picnic tables, fire rings, and an outhouse.  Parker Dam has miles of trails to explore, a lake, and a Civilian Conservation Corps museum.  If you'd like to stay at the park, but not at the group site, you can arrange your own overnight accommodations by contacting the park.   

Check-in is at 3pm on Friday, October 17.  Please check-out by 3pm on Sunday, October 19.  Only tents are permitted.  Please no pets since this is a shared site.  Firewood must be purchased locally to avoid the spread of invasive species.  Alcohol is not permitted, per park regulations.  

Parker Dam is about a half hour from Saint Marys and Ridgeway.  From I-80, take Exit 111 onto PA 153 North for 5.5 miles. Turn right onto Mud Run Road, and then drive 2.5 miles to the park.  The park phone number is: (814) 765-0630.
